Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of purchase only.

After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded because your order may already be in processing or production.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or other resolution is appropriate.
